Did I lie? Is Kat not the most skilled user of fs in op? His fs is practically passive while Luffy, Shanks and Kaido only use it when necessary. He is defo the weakest of the lot but his mastery of fs is what makes him a high tier. Take that away and he gets beat by Dressrosa Luffy, Doffy, Law and Zoro

In my opinion, due to what was depicted in the fight against Katakuri, in order to use FS you have to be really calm which can be pretty difficult if you're fighting against a top tier

I'm talking about a very specific and limited use of giving characters special Haki abilities, so not like Nen in the sense that anyone can develop unique abilities.
I'd want it limited to unique characters, special families, etc., e.g. a special CoO ability that allow the Kozuki clan to read Ponegylphs. Maybe the Voice of All Things could have been a unique CoO Ability. Perhaps the Figarlands all have the ability to complete evade detection using special CoC or CoO.
A unique ability for Zoro that allows him manifest Ashura with boosts to CoA or all forms of Haki (given the fact he gains heads and eyes) would fit right in.
We could keep going with examples, but I wouldn't there to be more than a handful of characters with special Haki abilities, and I think Zoro should be one of them.

Shanks would lose his fleet without future sight.
For emotional people who don't have special durability such as Shanks or Katakuri, future sight is extremely important for them. They would lose their friends and since they don't have special durability such as BM's, Kaido's or Teach's, they will be in a huge disadvantage in terms of defense.
So for Shanks, future sight is as important as Conqueror Haki.
For people like BM, Kaido or Teach, Conqueror Haki is more important than future sight since they already have special durability.

CoA which used to be the simplest, most useful and most definite has now become the opposite when advCoC comes into play.......
AdvCoA/ryou haki completely gets shafted after the revelation of advCoC.
We will now have what type of haki argument everytime somebody attacks with black/red lightning effects....
So yeah CoA is the most useless now, ppl will only do something impactful with advCoC, Linlin would win if Oda let her used CoC instead of useless CoA.....

2.Observation
3.Conqueror's
It much different when we compare their advanced versions, in that case the list is probably like:
1.Conqueror's
2.Armament
3.Observation
Overall, I'd say observation is the weakest, even though future sight is pretty great, it seems to require tons of focus and won't do much more than prolonging the fight if you suck offensively.

I doubt it, his future sight mastery is impressive, but it obviously requires effort for him to stay calm 24/7, as soon as he gets even slightly frustrated it simply doesn't work anymore.
I'm pretty sure Kaido doesn't use it usually is because he takes pride in tanking attacks that would kill most people, he casually completely dodged snakeman while in his slowest form, that implies he can dodge most attacks with ease, but chooses not to.
Shanks is even more impressive, it looks like he can look further into the future than Katakuri.

Observation is the worst by quite a bit.
Unlike the others, it by itself has zero offensive capabilities. Basic Conquerors lets you at least knock out fodder and Armament both lets you hit harder or use it to shield yourself. Even worse Observation has the biggest limitations of needing to be focused and calm. The other Haki have no such weakness.

I don't think there is any worse haki ignoring massive inconsistency. If anything FS is so broken that oda doesn't allow top tiers like Kaido or luffy to use it 24/7 like Kata does.
Imaging if Kaido used FS 24/7 as Kata. The moment Kaido used FS , even snakeman luffy became irrelevant. Luffy outside of G5 won't be able to land most attacks if Kaido used FS all the time.
