This sentiment is fine but the scenario people are imagining here is comical. Gaban who has just been introduced, a legend placed alongside Rayleigh and Roger, in his first instance of battle gets his arm chopped off and buried after 2 panels of fighting?. This accomplishes nothing, it's a fan fic conjured up by a Worstgen resident. You want HK hype?, one of them just embarrassed half a Yonko crew with one of the members being an ex-warlord.
I dont think he will lose in one chapter or anything, but I'm not sure how Gaban comes out with a win here. Rayleigh was allowed to shine because the nature of the arc, Kizaru was simply sent to deal with the SH and return before the war. The Knights want to take the country and will probably actually fight the SH. Also, with them having his son hostage, he's at a disadvantage

He's not going to save Elbaf, that's the SH's role in this series. But Gaban will not look like anything less than what he was introduced as, which again, the scenarios people are imaging don't fit said introduction at all.

Imho: he'll "destory" them, I mean literally, he'll cut them in pieces, overwhelm them, etc. You get It.

Then, as always, as with Garp and WB, he'll be cheapshotted and blackmailed, and possibly lose.
In the meantime he might show how to actually wound them.

I mean these knights feel like the ones to sacrifice then Gaban will hold off whoever comes for reinforcements before leaving and letting Luffy or Loki take over the fight
