No offense to any Goonko simps or HK stans, and even though I like Sommers, the HK so far are not the best antagonist group.

WCI you had the BMP who were way better, Wano you had the Beasts Pirates like Queen, Ulti, and Who's Who.

And Egghead you had Kizaru, Lucci, Saturn and the other Elders.

All of whom were better antagonists than the 3 HK on Elbaf.

There were more antagonists in Wano and most of them sucked

Kaido was boring, Big Mom was interesting in WCI but she was in Kaido’s shadow the whole arc, King is nearly emotionless and boring, Jack sucks so much his hybrid pretty much got offscreened, most of the Tobiroppo suck outside of pretty much just Ulti, no one cares about the ninjas, etc

I’ll give you WCI (BMP) and Egghead (Kizaru, Lucci, Saturn was ok) but Wano is where I draw the line
