He wasn’t a Vig, he supported the Vigs. The HP debuff is temporary, but it makes the targets easier to kill. So no idea why that would be messed with over literally all the other known roles.

No, I claim 3 HP, 2 kill shots in 80-100 level, countless restore ability (that's for nothing ig) and x shots of redirect which I previously claimed as just 2.

Starting from 3 HP minus 1 nuke minus 1 bleed remains 1 mathematically .

Yahh, to be fair I just wasn’t expecting to get a compatible result. It crossed my mind as possible but I thought if anything surely there was a good chance to be a single scum between them.
