Sakura was competent till Hidan and Kakuzu appeared. I'd even say that she was definitely more competent than Naruto who always lost his shit and barely learned anything in the 3 years timeskip. Oh wait, he's able to create a larger Rasengan lol.

Naruto started learning Futon jutsus, only to use 1 overpowered jutsu from all his knowledge... Okay, how does it make sense to not use regular Futon Rasengans?

Honestly, Naruto's real timeskip power up would be to master Futon jutsus, even just a few.

Honestly making theories is pointless.
All I know Japanese fans never put Akainu top 1 over Shanks, Imu, Shanks so Oda can be unpredictable that Akainu, Kizaru, Kuzan are actually top 3 of all the times in enitre one piece history.
