Green Bull is BY FAR my least favorite Admiral, but he's clearly VERY powerful, and his Fruit is an elite Logia. He could fly with it, drain energy from others, tank flame attacks, recover fully after being burned, and move with enough precision to fight nearly 10 enemies at once with high speed attacks using his branches.
I do think Aramaki is the weakest admiral, but he's not far off from Fuji/Kizaru at all.
The shit people will do to attack the Admirals, Zoro, and Sanji is crazy to me.
I'm a simple clown (okay, sometimes I'm complex on the inside, but, when it comes to powerscaling, I like it simple):
Any Sanji hype becomes bigger Zoro hype in the end. Winning.
Any Admiral hype? We know Luffy/Zoro/Sanji are surpassing them end game, so, any Admiral hype gets my guys more hype, too.

This is how I ended up using Zoro being defeated by the Yeti Cool Brothers to buy more Punk Hazard Law hype.
When Zoro fairs better against Teach than Law did on Winner's Island, in the initial Zoro vs Blackbeard clash? BAM, I cash in, and stab Law fans in the back like @Mr. Reloaded filleting another fanbase like a spare stack of fish, then ride Zoro stocks like a drunk cowgirl all the way to the moon
Punk Hazard Law Hype ALSO lets me Hype Max on Vergo, which THEN lets me Hype Max on Smoker when he fights Crocodile in Wano Act 4
And don't even fucking get me started of when Vergo-sama shows up in Wano Act 5
