I said both him and Luffy used it when the chapter dropped. Oda didn't make a statement but he made very weird visual decisions if FS was not being used, as if he was screaming at his audience that future sight is being used without 100% confirming it.

People just like to be dense in this community. We never got confirmation Sanji could use something as simple as hardening till years down the line but it was obvious he could. In the case of Gaban though Oda did go out of his way to show he had it without actually showing it outright. One of his better moments actually.

Law can Radiate haki like that too given How he worked against DoC q Hax. And then land his puncture Wille.
Or else on logia it would have no effect.

Only problem is Haki is just a medium for Types of WB , Bigmom, Law , Fujitora to land their DF attacks.

Unlike Luffy Katakuri Doffy , where there AP is enhanced with Haki. Gear 4 , Holy bullets , Power Mochi.

There’s nothing stopping oda from using haki to amp shockwaves tho. Haki is not really detailed enough for us to say it isn’t possible

and like I’ve added, oda could add something like re-room haki attack and most people would be fine with it because let’s be honest haki is a mess
