Soloing the verse is exaggerating but he'll comfortably beat someone like Wb or Roger and possibly at the same time.

I think CoC is either too prevalent or not to prevalent enough, and given the way Oda has leaned historically, I think there have been a few characters that I believe should have it.

Law should have it. Sabo should have it. King should have it. Gaban should have it. Plenty of others, probably.

The only ones I'm opposed to having CoC are Marines, with a perhaps a few exceptions, but I can steel man some arguments in favour of some Admirals and others having it.

Its crazy how hard Oda had to "put the breaks on" Luffy in order to not put Lizaru in a body bag in Egghead, especially now that we know that Lizaru's bum ass is probably laying around holding his head somewhere in a alleyway in Mari Jois after that Kangaroo Lindberg speedblitz him and the DF Logia merchant fodder Clifford getting neg diffed immediately against another logia merchant but with top tier haki (Dragon). Or if that, maybe he couldn't even reach Dragon and got smoked by awakened Sabo instead and is now laid out somewhere else with a pipe stuck in his throat. Fraud Bull got 1 tapped by Momo so there was no expectations of him in the first place
