Do you think it's just coincidence all users so far possess CoC?

And what do you make of Rayleigh's comments on those who possess FS?
Eh i dont know
I think oda gives Future sight to people that have certain character traits and also wants them to fight in a a specific way to be honest. Like there is a reason we see the first display of shanks fighting ever Oppening with Future sight. Because as opposed to something like ryou/ACoA this also proves that is not getting powercrept and is used by the top hakiman in the story still
Rayleigh making the comment confirmed that basiacly together with the shanks scene

Maybe IM is this creature?

IM can transform into a giant monster
Yes, that is Imu.

However, after this chapter, I am not even sure if this is Imu's/earth god's real body since he can easily possess other people with his power.

There is a reason why Imu is still kept as a sillhouette because there is a high chance that the king of that particular kingdom (forgot the name) is also just possessed by the real true evil.

I think it's fair to say CoC is a powerful amplifier in more ways than one.

Personally, I assume what people call "AdCoC" always involves a component of Armament, whether it's defending or coating a sword, regardless of whether the sword blackens or not.

I think thematically, Conquerors being able to see the future and "conquer" it being by changing it works.

I don't know if it should or not, but I think that's what it is.

Perhaps. Do you still remember the mural? In both world wars, there was a large creature who fought against Nika and then Joyboy.

Perhaps this entity is the origin of DFs.

Well we know zoan fruits have souls, maybe Imus fruit holds the soul of that monster from the first world And basically possessed the eater
That's what I think as well.
Like I said, Oda makes way too much of a mystery when it comes to Imu and maybe the plottwist is that Imu is just yet another victim by the evil creature from the mural.
