Honestly the battle system is amazing but the fights aren't. Half the time, it's just walls of text explaining thought processes or the abilities instead of actual fighting. Which is annoying as hell. Like just fight bruh. Also the tendency of the fights... just suddenly becoming one sided stomps.
For example, Chrollo vs Hisoka was a fight hyped up since the end of Heaven's Arena and everyone thought it'd be a cool fight which is nearly 50/50 especially cause Chrollo was returning after like 200+ chapters... and it turns out to be a one sided low-mid diff win. Where Chrollo barely gets hurt once. And the first 2 chapters are just explanation of Chrollo's abilities.
The fights would be good if it was a novel but for a manga? The fights are painfully shit.
Anyways read this before the #TogashiApostles attack me for being smooth brained and not wanting to see walls of text every fight

I’m pretty sure that he can create great short mangas on a conceptual level and make the characters really great/likeable. Oda can create far better character writing if he really wanted to, you can see how he handles emotional beats in One Piece. Backstories are great, and payoffs are great especially during pre-ts. He handles the characters well enough even though there’s too many of them. Like a random side character within the arc can mog a main character in JJK in terms of personality and development lmfao. I’m not even joking.

Zoro should be able to take out Nega Dorry with KoH and Regen negation, but Sanji is YC1 and may need an additional power up here to beat Nega Broggy. Give the fact that Dorry and Broggy are likely YC1 prior to the transformation.
