Since the post-timeskip the power difference between Zoro and Luffy has increased a lot. Zoro Santoryu was more powerful than G4 Luffy until Onigashima. After Luffy died and was resurrected like Nika and Zoro obtained the KOH, the difference remains the same.

Zoro Ashura KOH > Zoro KOH > Zoro Ashura > Zoro Santoryu => Nika G5
