Sommers is an ideological enemy whose power has the ability to punish the weight of feelings.
That seems like a match up to me in which Sanji has to avoid getting hit, and perhaps fighting so his view on love conquers that of Sommers.
If I'm right, CoC is a base component for Future Sight and Sanji will awaken both simultaneously.
I don't think we're moving on from Ifrit any time soon so I don't think Sanji will be using CoC Infusion any time soon either, because I think that's the final component to final upgrade, what ever colour it may be.

I find the One Piece powerlevel far better than Naruto when it come to Top Tiers.
We only had few top tiers in Naruto and the gap between top tiers and high tiers been insane in Naruto.
The gap was to large and later it doesn´t made sense anymore.
As example, Guy was a high Tier with Gate 7, was a low diff material for Madara(a top tier).
Than Madara got Rikudo power and became a god tier, Guy jumped two tiers with Gate 8 and punched the shit of Madara.
This huge power jump never made sense.
I like more the powerbalance in One Piece.
Between top tiers we have also stages of a certain pl.
And we have lot of top tiers, something we didn´t had in Naruto.
