For me it's not about Feats, it's about their Value as Holy Knights,
CP-9 for example regardless of how Proficient They are with their Weapons or Martial Arts or DFs, They valued themselves based on Rokushiki, cuz that's what Define them, that's why They are CP-9,
Looking at Holy Knights, their Version of Rokushiki (What defines them) is their Connection to Imu, They are like his Vessels, so their Value relies on how good of a Vessel They are (Their Version of Doriki whatever it is),
Gunko remembering Brook which turned her into our Damsel In Distress + Imu using her as his First Vessel (For us the Audience) indicates that She is probably Weakest Holy Knight,
Killingham having Mythical Zoan similar to Gorosei already indicates that He is considered a Top Vessel for Imu, especially seeing how Oda left his Full Introduction for when Imu arrives,
As for Sommers, it's clear to me that there are Two Generations of Holy Knights (Garling's & Shamrock's), Sommers was given such Portrayal cuz He is Oldest here, that's why He was sent to replace Shamrock who initially only asked for Killingham (Someone Young like him).
Also don't forget that these Holy Knights are supposed to be Representatives of their own Families, so Sommers being from Ju Peter's Family means He is Disposable as there is already a Bigger Fish in that Family (Figarlands are Exception cuz it's a Personal Story), and He is old on top of that indicating that there might be a Young Holy Knight from that Family who is still reserved for later,
Combine this with the fact that Sommers is First Holy Knight from Garling's Generation to be used + Being Gaban's Hype Tool, clearly indicates that Sommers alongside Gunko are just here as Plot Devices, One is a Princess who needs to be saved & other is a Bully who needs to be Disciplined,
This is why Killingham is only one who fits the role of an actual Top Commander in this Arc, leading Imu's Army, with Dorry & Brogy backing him up, however i'm not saying that He is necessarily Zoro's Opponent, there is high chance that Loki deals with him & his entire Army.
