I think Kizaru with awakening would be a really tough opponent to deal with, even without he has the speed, ellusiveness and maneuverability to bombard Kaido and evade most of his attacks imo. Sure Kaido is stronger is CqC but Kizaru has the lethality to hurt him. I think itd be a good fight, just not your typical brawling to the death fight.

I also count 3 sweat drops vs the 2 for kizaru's presence

That's a 1.5x difference

Meaning Imu's nerfed haki is atleast 1.5x stronger than Kizaru's haki, but wait luffy is stronger now, so we bump it to a 1.6 multiplier

Well we don't know if he has awakening so sadly for now it's a high diff imo
It could definitely be higher though if he does have awakening but I doubt it. His slow and easygoing nature doesn't match his fruit.
Also, tbh, Kaido surpassed his best feat (kicking Snakeman Luffy out the dome) in chapter 1042 where he sent Snakeman Luffy all the way out the sky and through Onigashima with a Boro Breath. Keep in mind that during that he was constantly tanking ACoA and ACoC punches from Luffy inside his mouth.
