Another option is most of them did not go down the haki route, just like Kaidou and BM did not end up having DF awakening. Not to say Admirals don't have great haki, but just like Kaidou and BM do not have bad devil fruits, they simply didn't take them to the next lvl. I'm thinking Oda uses Logia awakening to re-establish devil fruits as a means to the top of the verse. Much better than the boring haki route with the df simple being an added aesthetic.

Maybe Akainu will be the exception where he has atleast conqueror's coating on top of logia awakening. Which would quite comfortably place him above Kaidou.

....there is an altogether horrifying possibility that Oda might use Logia awakening to buff Labo, Croc etc while giving the Admirals Conk but no awakening.

That said I would not be surprised if he said fuck it and gave them massive power boosts with awakening and Conk while accelerating power creep to absurd levels. I mean you saw that thing in the mural, right? Might need some crazy ammo to bring it down.

Plus the last arc showed how even a mentally conflicted admiral could take on and outlast an opponent on par with the strongest old legends whilst relying minimally on their DFs. We haven't at all seen them go nuts with their DFs yet.

So far Admirals have been hard to predict anyways. Oda writes them differently from other antagonists wherein he always gimps them but also never allows them to truly loose. What happens to them is anyone's game.

My best guess is that the C3 at least will end up being close to Dragon in power. Just a vibe/feeling.

Roger kneeled to WB and ducked BM. Bigger fraud than Goofy 1v1 Kaido after gauntlet and carrying a wholeass island

Hilarious I remember when you wanked Kaido bc he low-diff zolo. You aint got balls to stick with agenda. Just flip flop faster than Pudding on her mood swings. No wonder everybody been claiming you as their doggy all bark but no loyalty :suresure:
