The point of Wano was to introduce the new form of Haki that all top tiers simply spammed by default, not to introduce a powerup and then never fucking show it ever again, like imagine being so fucking stupid as to believe Luffy just didn’t use AdCoC after Wano, Jesus fucking Christ.
Anyway with the exception of Crydo and Big Mom who have standard AdCoC, we can now pretty safely confirm that all old legend adjacent characters have AdAdCoC:

This is about mastery, you idiot, not about a new level. Gaban’s AdCoC isn’t even confirmed to be refined enough to split the skies, which might be what Yamato was referring to when she automatically associated it with Luffy vs Kaido or Roger vs Whitebeard.
