this chapter made it clear to me that he isn't getting it.

1. He needs the second upgraded form advanced coc to even harm them and gaban is confirming that dude does not even have basic coc.

2. His parralel gaban whom has the best form of observation haki on the island made it clear to sanji that "BRO YOU DO NOT HAVE IT"

eh if anything this chapter boosted the chance of Sanji unlocking COC in this arc especially after the gag
