No, that's cope. The Gorosei were 100% full power, Imu is only currently nerfed because his possessing Gunko's body, who is actually good (mental nerf). The Gorosei came there directly in the portals so they aren't nerfed.

Only Joy Boy's haki nerfed was massively nerfed and had the biggest nerf this series has seen so far due to him having died so long ago his ashes aren't even around, and he still wifi diffed the Gorosei and made Imu scream, tremble in fear and fall on to the floor, and that's Imu's actual body.

The problem I have with this is that I don’t see the HK as strong I only see them as being regen merchants. Maybe there are some top tier ones. But based on what I’ve seen I doubt it.

Sanji also was protecting them by fighting. He was fighting the root of the issue, Judge. Sanji only stopped fighting and instead used himself as a sacrifice to save the others when he hit a point where if he didn’t Luffy Nami and chopper were going to die and he’d have to live without one of his greatest treasures

If it were up to me Sanji wouldn't be a conqueror, it doesn't suit him. But it is what it is, in theory an old legend version of Sanji should have it.

I don’t think there are any real rules as to what makes someone a conqueror grand ambition doesn’t really matter, strength doesn’t really matter, self respect doesn’t even matter

1. There are characters with just as much ambition as some conquerors that don’t have it
2. There are characters stronger than conquerors that don’t have it
3. There are characters with more pride than conquerors
