It would just be kinda cheap to see numerous characters show up with CoC all of a sudden despite never showing it previously.

Zoro, Sanji, and Koby make sense. They don’t have DFs and hence need it to be top tier.

Law arguably hasn’t even mastered fully the ope ope no mi, nor does he have ACoA/FS, yet he’s already a 3 billion berry.

Sanji never showed signs of getting CoC prior to Elbaf, Zoro never showed signs of it prior to Wano. Majority thought only Luffy had it up until WCI.

Law being a 3 billion man and new gen leader makes sense. He also literally usurped a yonko alongside Kid and keeps fighting the most prestigious characters throughout the timeskip.

Oda making it a requirement means every strong fighter who will fight Gorosei/HKs would get CoC. I can see a bunch of mid to high-tiers ganging up on some HKs. But If you’ll have a 1-on-1 fight especially with a Gorosei then you’ll need CoC.

Doubt it since marineford showed that mihawk is inferior to admiral from their ranking of YC fights to Marco even confirming himself that Mihawk is not worth his time so he let his YC5 do the job
