I mean they didnt jump Luffy even though they knew he had the Gomu since the series start. And I think this happened before he met Luffy or stole the fruit from CP9.

Yeah you are right i didnt consider it might exclusive Laugh Tale knowledge they didnt have knowledge on, i just thought because the mark was on him, probally by birth, they knew.

Shanks did invite him after he decided to no longer go for the one piece. I think the “he couldn’t” is because shanks had a greater destiny not because he wasn’t allowed

Mosa is the mysterious figure who stole the legendary DF and gave it to Loki

He might be the real bad guy of Elbaf. Imunko will lose gas before she goes all out and Mosa might swoop in to snatch some of Imu’s power

Mosa is probably Biblo, the Library Owl, I guess it is the representation of Hugin (Mind) and Muninn (Memory). His DF is also quite useful in case Loki becomes a Nakama, since he can make Sunny large enough to bring Loki with them.
