Vivre card suggest that black blades are more than simply haki. Based on what we’ve been told black blade are just regular hardening done permanently to keep sword from being chipped. Nothing adv about it.

Shanks and his crew found Uta in a treasure chest 19 years ago, going by the current timeline. Roger was executed 24 years ago. So in that 5-year gap, Shanks formed his crew. We see him recruiting Yasopp in Chapter 0.

If Shanks lived at Mary Geoise, it must’ve been for a short time, and it had to be during that early period.

If I’m not mistaken, Shanks gets the chest with the DF fruit around 12 years ago, and by that time, he already has the scar on his face. He didn’t have it when he found Uta.
