Oda always gives Sanji a powerup that's not haki but haki adjacent (science) in fact this chapter should cement Sanji doesn't have it and he finds an alternative way to fight the HK/WG and coming to terms with it.

What you're requesting Oda to do is not only introduce that Sanji has CoC but also he starts using AdvCoC not only that he also knows how to coat armament haki all in a single arc ??

CoA and haki are not terms in Wano. CoC and CoA are both called ryou.

And that is exactly how he later completely unlocked acoc against king too. He once again gave emma unrestricted access to his haki.

before the king fight Zoro was using Enma by stopping it’s haki suck and then controlling his much haki he put out… that’s what backfired in the king fight when he realized that Enma can’t be controlled… So that means Zoro used AdvCoC on Kaido before he started allowing Enma to take all his Ryuo
