Why did none of them get acoc?

Zoro did not get acoc purely because he stopped holding back lol. If so, he would have gotten it against mohawk mr 1 kaku kuma kizaru etc.
Zoro got acoc because he stopped holding his haki back from Emma specifically. Emma is the conduit that allows zoro to use his untapped coc reserved and turn it into acoc.

It matters that he’s from the North Blue since you also know he was a king. That makes it easy to draw a connection to the Vinsmoke family. Personality-wise, he also fits the typical Sanji antagonist. And if you go by process of elimination when it comes to matchups within the Straw Hats vs. Blackbeard Pirates, he’s the most obvious candidate to fight Sanji.

how is zoro flowing coc on sandal when enma was helping him ?

And even if you wanna argue it wasn't. This was a single attack. Haki can persist for a little bit even after leaving the user's body. That's how haki slashes, bullets and Kuja haki arrows work.
So zoro was just using the residual acoc that was left on sandai there.
