Oh yeah my bad. Then he is just shit. They had so much shit manager lately that it made me confused.
Valverde is on standard Good manager . He was unable to maintain big team . He got very little deadline i hope he takes over home club Girona we badly need him.

Ancelotti would have been good pick . He would have given griezmann more room to improve .

Setien unfortunately never had team respect because he came from second division league and his tactics were outdated. He had no respect in the club it was temporary but bad move.

Flick is a hell of a coach on the other hand

The epitome of tactics and hard work and also strong will :)

I'm not too sure about Ancelotti anymore. He was definitely a world class manager during a long period but now I'm under the impression he's just enjoying pre retirement.
He takes his money, does the minimum and then is sacked.
His work for Bayern and Napoli was horrible

So we might say that the era of one man team is nearly the end now. And that makes me happy, cause football should be about 11 people play as a team, not just depending on one player, no matter how good he is. The rest should step up as well.

The Bayern this season and Liverpool last year are the prime models of how effective and important to play as a team.

It never was a "one man game". It's just that people are only realizing it now

Quique Setien did a good job at Bilbao but Barcelone was too big a step for him.
There are plenty of manager that once they go in bigger clubs completely fail to reproduce the things they were doing on a lower level.

I think he should have gone to a club like Valencia or Sevilla first before stepping in the big games.
He managed Betis Bro , And They Only Signed Jim Just bc He Beat Barcelona 4-3 at the Camp Nou

I mean, sometimes the coaches or players just kinda expect that Messi or Ronaldo to carry their teams, which might make the players in those teams to depend on one individual.
They think that one individual is so amazing that they just need to pass the ball to that one player and expect him to do magic, lol.
