Oda is literally using an Admiral to hype up Xebec to heavens after Luffy defeated a Yonkou, and his rookie pals defeated a Yonkou, and barely got half the hype Xebec did.

If you still think Akainu of all characters hasn't already proven to be Big Mom lvl then you have to be reading some other series.

Defeating Kaido isn't enough for gaban to tell if you could be the guy who Fanboys xebec.
While Admiral is used for webec.
