Does it matter? He still screamed in pain. Page One screamed because he felt pain from Sanji's base kick. As long as Page One felt pain Page One took damage lol. Sanji ddin't even use DJ and CoA lol while Luffy had to use Elephant Gun coated with CoA and Page One said it himself his jaw was almost loosened which made it even worse lol. Sanji hit Page One at the gut not at the jaw like Luffy I hope you know the difference.

When Oden dying because he got shot by fodder but distracted Sanji dodged Katakuri's sneak shot.

Thus Sanji will leave Wano stronger than Oden.
