Problem is no Marine is strong and relevant enough to cover Prime Garp's role outside Sakazuki.

Koby is a disgrace; and Kuzan already left the scene.

Maybe Kizaru to emphasize the darkness vs light theme, and his monkey moniker reflecting Garp's family name? Idk.
