Your strength increases for life
Your recovery also increases for life
If you retain muscle your body is gonna be healthier (we're not talking about olympia level of muscle)
I'm not trying to be a Olympia guy but another 4-5 kilos of muscle would be nice and i think quite achievable if i increase my protein and lock in.
The strength numbers is annoying to me since my lifts haven't made any decent improvement in forever ( my goal was to do 12 pullups by last years new year but 15 month later and i can do 5-6 at best)
I'll consider a change if i'm not happy with the results in a year or so
