Encountering a powerful crew of skilled Haki users who hate Men would've been a great stepping stone before fighting Emperor Crews. And then maybe you have Boa Hancock Fall in love with Luffy after She's Defeated. Have the Entire crew pushed to their Absolute limit, For Sanji I guess you could have him choose between protecting his crewmates or his morals at an intense level for the first time. Get Boa Hancock Fleshed out backstory and everything. A lot of wasted potential..........
