Wang Zhi had all of Hachinosu behind him. All that you really need to become a Yonko is to be the 4th most influential pirate. Wang Zhi was so ass that the WG never wanted to group him with WB, Kaido, and BM, and they didn’t start the Yonko system until 6 years ago when Shanks reached that level

Oda didn’t even let Ray and Gaban get a piece of WB, Kaido and Big Mom. He made the non-canon movie villain/g3 victim and his irrelevant equal be the sacrifice. That is massive yonko hype, even non-prime Kaido and BM don’t deserve to get hypetooled by Roger’s underlings in Oda‘s eyes. @Shiroyru

Hashirama and Madara are out of thr scale. Which is understandable by any reader here.

Mid gen -> Kakashi / Might guy / Obito
Old gen -> Sarutobi / Minato /Jiraya
New gen -> Naruto / Sasuke

Hashirama and Madara were seen as Ancient gen. Comparable to Joyboy , Imu and Ryuma.

Indra and Ashura can go date back 1st world and Nika and world Serpent or other gods.
