I think Glorisa aged horribly due to the bad future concept that Oda sometimes draws in the SBS. Look at her and Stussy. They both joined the Rocks Pirates, while Shakky, despite being younger than them, retired early from piracy. She settled down and took on a simple life as a bar owner 4 years before the God Valley incident. I think this also applies to Big Mom. While she didn't lose her strength, she otherwise aged horribly.
