People dont even know if he fights King yet...It will very likely be a brief clash and then both characters will be interrupted somehow, like happened with a fuckton of characters in marineford. Its too early for any of the two to be removed from the fight.

Sanji doesn't need to beat King. From the clash as long as Sanji can put up a good fight against King we have idea how strong RS Sanji fullpower is.

I'm pretty certain that beating Kaido is going to require a group effort, so I think that fighting 2 vs 1 against stronger enemies is a good strategy to preserve strength for a real battle. Brook and Franky vs Big Mom?
