- Be mindful of how you use CoC they are by no means immortal. Here he confirms that Luffy should use AdvCoC to hurt them.
- There is another in your group "again" ---another in your group---. He means that this "another" in his group can help him in this fight since this "guy" also has CoC.
- Then he scolds Zoro and tells him to tame and understand how to utilize it in order to help his captain now and in the future.

So Gaban saying "Another in your group" means he still on the CoC advice for Luffy but notifying them that Zoro can also help.

Then Loki jumps in because he also has it.
