It's either 24/7 Oda nuthugging (OP reddit) or they hate everything no matter what it is (piratefolk)
OP twitter is just Zoro vs Sanji or Shanks vs Mihawk nonstop
Worstgen is like... slightly better

Somehow, it has doubled in size, and is covered to the brim with hot Pirate ladies
Urouge already found the One Piece, but it using it as an Ash Tray, because he doesn't need its power

To Be Hero (anime only), Bobobo and Nichi-never mind Zoinks mentioned them lmao.
Eyeshield 21 has fucking great humour especially in the anime.
Azumanga Daioh should be good too.
Pop Team Epic, Nichijou, Bobobobo, To Be Hero are some of the batshit crazy and hilarious series I've ever seen. Definitely as bizarre as Jojo and can stand off against it in humour.
Panty and Stocking can be good if you don't mind the vulgarity of it. Kill La Kill looks like a funny series.
FMA has its moments of brilliant hilarity despite the mature, serious, heavily emotional, dark, challenging etc story.
I can't even believe I didn't rep Gintama I'm such a fucking fraud lmao. one of the absolute relentless kings of absurdity, shenanigans, chaos, unpredictability, satire, 4th wall humour etc.
Most of these series should be good for you. Ranma 1/2 can be very absurdly hilarious too but depends what genres you like and such ofc.
Inukami had a flasher with a Penis laser unironically (don't tell Franky) and God knows what else I've forgotten/repressed.

There kind of been a pattern where Oda hands W to admirals after giving them a L since Wano
After wi fi diff, we got Ryokugyu folding Weevil (most hyped warlord after Mihawk) and mini flashback of Kuzan negging half of BB's crew + making him nervous despite being alone
After Pizzaru, we got Issho's supreme grade, food diff SBS and Akainu's 5B bounty.
If Silver Axe is really an undercover marine that was (or became after GV) an admiral, I could see him get a nice W after Xebec killing the nameless admiral.
One issue is I have with the theory is that it didn't seem like Sengoku was talking of Silver Axe as a fellow marine, he namedropepd him alongside pirates like Shiki & co. But this is just me focusing on one line (and it's not like Sengoku actually called Silver Axe a pirate) and Oda did much worse retcons .
