Which title is superior?

Oda already showed us which by saying WGS Mihawk hide behind Emperor Buggy but lets hear arguments:



I can't imagine Luffy would say; ''Since your new boss will be PK, if you can't even become an Emperor of the Sea, I would be disappointed''.



If WGS was equal to Emperor title, then Mihawk wouldn't mind being an Emperor since it wouldn't matter to him if he was or if he wasn't, but he specifically says he doesn't want it because being WGS is more peaceful, meaning its safer for him.

Mihawk couldn't even find out the power difference between WB in Marineford because he was too safe in the first half of grandline:



Meanwhile Emperors constantly fought vs WB, their job was more difficult:



Emperors powers are so influential, they have to make ''Warlords'', so Warlords could fight against Emperors alongside with Marines:



Mihawk is a pirate, yet Emperors are called ''great pirates'', WGS isn't enough to make a pirate ''great pirate'':

''Luffy is a great pirate now'':

The WSS was one of the warlords in marineford no one gave a fuck about
The Yonko that pulled up in MF was the bigger deal, same for the second yonko that is not the WSS
oda could not make it clear and no amount of "pre-ts" scaling cope will change it that oda made it as clear cut narrativly

Stop lying. He can't throw away something he didn't have, plus he says he doesn't want it because its too difficult for him to keep the peace but at the same time he has WGS title. If WGS is more difficult why its more peaceful title than Emperor? :vistalaugh:

Mihawk couldn't be an Emperor because;
- They think Buggy > Mihawk.
- If there is no Buggy who they think stronger than Mihawk, Mihawk just have Crocodile.
- Crocodile didn't accept being underling to Mihawk, so Mihawk can't be an Emperor without Croc being underling and without top tier Buggy that they believe it exist.

Plus, according to Mihawk; becoming the Pirate King is a more challenging goal than surpassing him as the world's strongest swordsman.

If its more rare than Mihawk wouldn't have any problem having Emperor title since people should go after WGS title more instead going after Emperor title.

But Mihawk literally says WGS title is more peaceful so he doesn't want Emperor title, and Oda says Mihawk is hiding behind Emperor title.

Miahwk is a fraud all this time I was thinking he actually defeated Shanks in their duel , yet recently I found out that is not the case they never finished their duel with one emerging victorious.

While there is no info on when exactly Mihawk got WSS title its quite possible he got it after Shanks lost his arm and was no longer seen as someone who could challenge Mihawk for title ( still just theory ).

WSS title is above yonko title btw.

For me it's:

Pirate King
World Strongest Title/Hero of the Marine
Emperor

remember, this is just titles not neccessatily power levels

For me the Emperor is not a simple title I feel, it comes with global influence.
Also the Emperor is more competetive because more people are aiming for that title.

Like I implied WSS is a more niche title, either one wants it for real or one stays down. There are maybe only a handful of characters that aim for this exclusive title, while there are thausands of pirates that would like to become Emperor.

I think it is a difficult debate and we need to define "superiority" here. I'd say the more exclusive title is the superior one. But in aspects of powerlevels and influence I'd say the more competetive one is it.
