The sequence of Empress of Amazon Lily is
  • Glorrosia
  • Shakky
  • Tritoma
  • Boa Hancock
Now my first question being,
  • Is Glorrosia aware of shakky being Alive or not?
    • Because in this panel
    • Previous Empress died of this illness - Tritoma
    • As did the empress before her - which is supposed to be Shakky.
    • Glorrosia fled the island to survive this disease. ??
So is there any Un-Named Princess we aren't Aware of yet?

Second question being , being the timeline.
  • Boa was Crowned the empress 15 years ago in Time skip , so 17 years ago.
  • 17 years ago around when Tritoma expired.
  • Tritoma age in Flashback is unknown.

- Rocks Flashback Started 63 years ago.
  • Rocks was formed 4 years later , and next chapter unknown timeline , We see Kuja and Rocks pirates. Then straight jump to Rocks pirates and Kaidou is already a member. Assuming he was 15 year old in this case.
  • It is happening , 44 Years ago.
  • God valley happened 39 years ago.
  • Glorrosia current age is - unknown
  • Shakky current age is - 64 , 44 years ago , it would be 20. Rayleigh is 78 years old , and 44 years ago , he was 34 yo. 14~15 yo age gap.
  • Roger would be 77 if alive , so doing the math , Glorrosia age should be around 60~. So around 13~14 years
  • Boa Hancock age is 31 and Luffy is 19 , that's 12 years of age gap.
  • Boa took reign at the age of 18. 13 years ago. Currently she is 31.
  • 15 years ago , Tritoma Expired.
  • So again assuming Average age of new empress is around 18~21.
  • Shakky left the island Post God Valley. Around at the age of 25~26.
  • And then Tritoma ascended to throne , which could be at the age of 18~21 (Purely speculation).
  • So to determine Tritoma age , she was 18~21 in god valley. And expired at the age of , (39-11=28) , she expired at the age of (28 + 18/21 = 49/46).
  • So again. " Assuming " average Love sickness victim ends up with someone above or below the age gap of " 15~12 " years.
  • During gap of 28 years , from God Valley to Her death. She fell for a man , Currently either aged " 46/49 ± 15/12 ".
Which gives us the age group of
  • 46 + 15/10 = 61~ 56 years old.
  • 49 + 15/10 = 64~ 59 years old.
  • 46 - 15/10 = 31 ~ 36 years old.
  • 49 - 15/10 = 35 ~ 39 years old.
And given all the men are legendary that empress fell for , it's easier to narrow it down.

There aren't many men at the age of 56 ~ 64 years old. (Namely)
  • Kaidou - 59 years old
  • And ?
  • If i were stretch the gap further
    • Akainu - 55 year old
    • Dragon - 55 year old
Between the age of 31~ 39 years old
  • Shanks - 39 years old
  • And ?
  • If I were stretch the gap again
    • Mihawk - 43 years old
    • Aramaki - 41 years old
    • Blackbeard - 41 years old.
    • Kidd - 27 years old.
    • Law - 26 years old.
Above are my possible candidates for whom Tritoma Fell for.

I'm leaning toward it being Shanks whom Tritoma had fallen.

Gloriosa had unrequited love for the Straw Hat-wearing Roger, Tritoma had unrequited love for the Straw Hat-wearing Shanks, and Hancock currently has unrequited love for Straw Hat Luffy.

Gloriosa & Captain Roger
Tritoma & Apprentice Shanks
Hancock & Successor Luffy

Rayleigh and Shakuyaku are a successful pairing because he returned her love.

Tritoma died from her love sickness, but I think Gloriosa's health was also affected by love sickness, even though she survived. She aged significantly compared to Shakky, and I believe this is partly because Roger died.

Oda sometimes draws bad future concepts in the SBS, and Gloriosa seems to be living hers. One where Roger didn't love her back and also died.

Meanwhile, Shakky retired early from piracy and settled into a simple life as a bar owner, even 4 years before the God Valley Incident.

It’s Shanks since he follows the Straw Hat sequence

also the whole “2 generations of empress dying” is probably a retcon. Maybe you can throw it away as Gloriosa trying to hide the fact that Shakky was an empress but even then it doesn’t make sense considering how close Shakky and Ray seem to be the Boa sisters

To Answer for 1st Question, Oda Already Answered it on SBS

So yeah no, there is no other un-named Kuja Empress

For 2nd Questions, I'm more Leaning towards Shanks more than others especially Mihawk, and Dragon. Cuz so far Kuja Pirates had history of falling in love with Pirates only. They hate "Men", Marines, and especially WG.
Shanks of course chose Makino than her. But fyi there is a Non Canon Kuja Pirates named Dahlia who gave birth with random man and chose to coming back to Amazon Lily with her child. Its from One Piece HEROINES tho so its either Canon or non-canon. but yeah anyway
Oda confirmed she is dead tho, so Shanks being the one that she love is fitting. Given his obsession towards BB and constantly being away. She might chose to stay for honor and the safety of Kuja Pirates, never told Shanks about her love unlike Hancock and in the end died without a confession of love.
