Sengoku was a CD cocksucker too and he's a conqueror. Akainu is likely to be a conqueror (and Aokiji by extension is too).

Fujitora as well for all the reasons you outlined and him likely being the next Fleet Admiral.

Coby will also be an admiral with CoC by EOS.

The only admirals I feel comfortable completely ruling out as conquerors are Kizaru and Greenbull. There is really no excuse for Kizaru to not have shown it on Egghead when the Gorosei were all flexing their CoC. And nothing needs to be said re: Greenbull.

Again using Kizaru after even Oda establisehd he didn't even want to win and went as far as saving his own opponent.
Oda didn't even draw basic Koka on Kizaru, I suppose he doesn't have It either then.

On GB I agree though: there Is nothing to Say. Someone who has injured Fujitora, has likely a BB and has captured young WB Is maybe even too much qualified for CoC.

Since Loda is saving that logia df awakening who know it might sort of replacement for CoC for those df merchants. Fuji is worthy of the ability though no doubt
