Sanji didnt eat the Mera mera no mi nor the heat one.
He isn't a Lunarian.
Humans normally don't combust.

What Queen said just means there's more to Sanji's ability to use fire than what we know, it doesn't mean it has anything to do with Judge's experiments. Sanji's Germa power was supposed to be invisibility.

I’m fine with emotions drawing out latent dna but to me it seems like each of the Vinsmoke kids were altered and we know they have high endurance (Sanji was able to regenerate all his bones being broken and still fight ), high durability (exoskeleton) and Sanji has unintended fire abilities.

I headcanon it’s Lunarian dna and hope Oda proves me right

This dummy a) doesn’t understand the concepts he’s invoking, and b) assumes CoC Infusion channelled through the body is identical to imbuing it in weapons.

Regarding "b" when Hyogoro explains it to Luffy, there's no difference between doing it with your body or your weapon. Luffy who's way more talented haki learned needed several days to do it consciously.

Sanji's flames coming from his emotions doesn't have to mean he was just born that way for no reason. There's a high chance the drug Sora ingested did more than just keep Sanji from developing his Germa powers. After all, the wole point was to prevent them from becoming emotionless, so it'd make sense if it was an emotion-based thing that gave him the ability to use fire.

And it'd be poetic, his emotions manifesting through his flames and keeping his heart warm so he wouldn't become cold-hearted like his siblings. Sora litterally gifted him the power of love to protect him. Now, if PoL was really a thing in a literal sense, it'd make even more sense.
