Saturn and Ju Peter are the most unfairly downplayed characters in One Piece. Clowns act like Goofy “defeated” Saturn when in reality, Goofy himself admitted his attacks were doing jack shit to Saturn. Oda had to hit Saturn hard with the nerf bat (making him forget he can freeze people with a glance and also spit out poison bombs strong enough to blow Warcury to pieces) in order to give the SHs any chance of escaping

Luffy fanboys pretending Oda likes giving him L´s for no reason are really doing next level gaslighting after Oda retconned him into having the literal god fruit lmfao.

Zolo fans aren´t much better though, half of them are convinced that Oda was protecting the Gorosei from Zolo...

The pitch black sclera do wonders. In the black&white version, his outer worm color was black so Oda had to make his sclera an off-white greyish color to show they weren't the same as the pale white iris, but it just didn't mesh as well as this does in color.

Also I like how Gege mentioned in his statement how he's like "yeah I never would have mixed colors like this, shits weird" lmao

Is worm gang actually the strongest gorosei?

He’s likely based on St. Peter, the first apostle. He even looks like the depictions of the biblical figure, just do a quick google search. Looks the youngest but most likely the oldest of the bunch. The only one with a different yokai from the rest.

The summoning circles are numbered and Peter holds number 1. From left to right, the gorosei are always presented as:
Ju Peter -> Venus -> Mercury -> Mars -> Saturn

This could be the order of recruitment. Peter is the very first apostle of Imu and the gatekeeper in heaven. Peter and Warcury also fought Luffy and Emeth in Egghead, the former even destroyed Emeth’s arm.

Worm gang is the strongest and oldest gorosei out of the OG lineup. A fitting enemy for Law

I don't think Peter was the first apostle of Imu, there were most likely previous Elders in the past before the current ones, however Peter might still be the oldest one out of the current five.

So yeah there is a possibility that despite Peter looking the youngest, he might actually be the oldest.
