Loki is merely telling his little flashback. But the rocks and gv stuff is not Loki telling it. It's the narrator. Go look at the start of Harald flashback. It's narrator starting it off.

This has happened before. Jumbo told the otohime/fisher tiger flashback. But we saw pov of kizaru and arlong that jumbo wouldn't have been able to see.
