What you have to remember is that Harald is the Key player in the entire Rocks story.
for some reason, Rocks NEEDS Harald to eat the legendary DF of Elbaf for the plan to destroy the WG to occur. This is a MUST.
Meaning that Rocks’ plan was doomed for a long time. He never managed to get Harald to eat the fruit. So his plan was doomed each time Harald refused
In Chapter 1096 when the Rocks pirates arrive at God valley, they are all saying that this is their “final battle”… we the readers thought that this means that God valley was the final part of Rocks’ plan… Turns out no, they are calling God valley the “final battle” because they are quitting the crew… Rocks’ plan needs Harald and Harald refused so Rocks’ plan had Failed by the time God valley was happening… The rocks pirates were going to disband after God valley
