- Speed is the obvious one
- Outlast him with your superior durability and stamina
- Use AoE to completely move past the shape-shifting issue
- Confuse and mess with his FS like Ceaser did

Now which of these does Low check ? Not a single one. He's pretty much the most desperate fighter to attempt and fight Katakuri.
