Oh, yeah, 100%. Enel isn't finished yet. Like you said, the ancient ruins we saw in his cover story, Birka and his connection to urogue have yet to come into play. There should be a mega thread about Enel where people can bring any references or connections to him in until he finally makes his comeback.

It was also cool that Usopp mentioned Enel briefly when they saw Gunko. So Oda definitely didn't forget him
