Hiruzen/Tobirama for sure, potentially Onoki and Muu depending how you think Jinton v. Samehada goes as Samehada has shown slightly slower absorption speeds compared to Preta Path (though it’s a mixed back because absorbing dense tailed beast chakra def takes longer than Jinton)

I've moved on from Garling/Shamrock.
Oda isn't going to taint Shanks' image like that, and it doesn't really fit from what we've seen from them. Garling is a super-racist, I don't think he'd even though a woman who was a slave. Don't have enough from Shamrock, yet, but, like I said, just don't see Oda having a dude who looks just like Shanks doing that.

Jiraiya’s got plenty of unusual techniques that can set Kisame up for devastating strikes. Likewise water won’t be a problem for his giant summons, meaning Kisame’s advantage once the battle gets going is significantly lesser.
Orochimaru shares the same advantages with water that Jiraiya does alongside having a sword that’ll do more damage from a distance and Edo Tensei
Hiruzen’s gentle palm should push away any of Kisame’s melee attacks with his shadow possession strike jutsu paralyzing him while 5 shadow clones elemental bombards him.
