N2 on Ekko, last night on AM which I have literally announced to the thread at the start of today to say he’s on the list of suspects because the one time I destroy his ability there is not two kills

And why would I lie on targetting Ekko, if I really targeted Flowed lmao thanks for letting me know yall think I’m an actual idiot.

Well, the only claimed (potential) redirector is DkKoba, and he said he targeted Orca. My immideate thoughts as to the plausible scenarios explaining this situation would be;

A) York is telling the truth and you did in fact intentionally target Flower
B) York is telling the truth but you were redirected
C) York is lying about her result

Exactly. Which makes it an easy lie to use. Of COURSE you would lie about targeting Ekko instead of Flower, because you would only target Flower as scum. And you knew there was little chance of you getting caught in said lie, because if anyone had tracked you or watched you visiting Flower they would've spoken up already. And because Fuji was already needling you for the fact you scum read Ekko and hadnt targeted him. The obvious choice in a scenario like that is for you to lie about targeting Ekko. So no, I don't think you're an idiot for lying about targeting Ekko. I think it was the only logical choice for you as scum to make

Does it say anything about how your role interacts with actions that happen on the same night?

Or, on a second thought that could also just mean that he was the one being blocked..


Seeing as DkKoba alledged targeting Orca last phase and now you with another jail - I think it looks kinda very damning for Orca here actually.

You misunderstand, I tried to block the kill by blocking the killer, not protecting their target

Alexis is still quite a random pick for night kill from either an SK or mafia PoV, though my best guess would be to try and throw people off.

Since Orca has, if the claims are to believed, been blocked twice in a row - and two nights in a row there's been only 1 kill as opposed to 1.

Now I doubt mafia would let Orca do the kill twice in a row, so I think it's looking more like an SK

Well I honestly don't lose anything by claiming, since I've effectively acted as a vanilla townie this game

My night action lets me pick someone to block any investigative actions being performed on them

which is why I said last phase that my role does not really seem very towny at all, and likewise I've just not used it out of the fear it would be to the detriment of town
