Well, one thing to consider is that Alexis who we now know was town and he was in fact a parity cop, though his statements and claims has been confusing at best and contradictory at worst; He did say that he got a result on Fuji and York sharing alignment, but later said the host might've made a mistake.
So that may actually clear York from lying about her result, so that leaves it a 50/50 that Hayumi either intentionally targeted Flower or he was redirected into her.
But there is no known claims (?) that supports a redirection on Hayumi.
Which when also paired by the fact that they have been named as suspicious by several Legacies as well as their voting history does look quite damning on him.
I think I'm content with going this direction today, lest new information can suggest otherwise

I am admittedly not completely convinced Koba is innocent either though, but I'll concur that it is looking less likely with current state of affairs.
His reaction to my list last phase really pinged me hard, I am struggling to understand how his reaction was coming from a Town PoV.
