Whatever Mihawk's backstory is, he probably knows about both Nika and Imu, because he has a cross, and we know from Kuma that the Bible and christianity exists in One Piece, and since Kuma had a Bible, was a pastor, and seemingly worshipped Nika ( plus Nika is pretty much a copy paste of Jesus Christ so far ), unless Mihawk doesn't know what the thing he wears around his neck is, and what one of the world's religions is, which he probably does know, since he even knew who one of Whitebeard's commanders, Vista, was, Mihawk knows about Nika and since he wears a cross, may be a Nika worshipper like Kuma.

And since his observation haki seemingly reached into the reverie, he probably knows about Imu sitting on the empty throne too.

Also it's true dracul means the devil in romanian, but the guy who inspired the Dracula myth, Vlad Tepes, was a ruler and a defender of christianity against other nations who wanted to conquer that land, and he was extremely cruel, which may have to do with Zoro calling S-Hawk more human than Mihawk.
