As said, HK are a public force an Admirals are on paper recognized as the storgest fighting force of the WG.
Well, Erbaf was already self explanatory, with HK destroyed by Gaban while Kizaru foght on par not with Gaban, but even Ray.

But anyway, that Is not even the point.
Since the Gorosei, which could, let's say, basically do the same as the Admirals, cannot work 24/7 as the fighting force of the WG (and they even seem to want secrecy), Admirals are in fact the reason for the CDs status.

Explicitly I mean.

Admirals and the Navy Is the unwilling (mostly) backbone of the WG's power.

You can't prove that that fodder Fishman has any idea as to their strength.

Gunko is like, Imu´s personal guard or whatever, I doubt Jimbei would personally recognize her. But the fact that he would be aware of celestial dragons without spacesuits implies he would obviously know about the Holy Knights.

I have no idea about the random fishman though, iirc, shouldn´t FMI have a large population of freed slaves from Mariejois though?

Holy Knights are known to exist to some characters, you need to prove that their strength is widely known.

Quick topic change, is Rayleigh´s fame kind of a nonsense plot point? When the SHP have been shown to not know about how high an admiral is, that Shanks is a Yonko/the Yonko being a thing And now they don´t really know about Gaban. Nami says his name is a in a lot of books, but what books would she even be reading that randomly mention Rayleigh? If it´s a history book, it should mention Kaido and Big Mom, who would be relevant for geopolitical reasons.
