The only way to know for sure is how Elbaf's big fight plays out. If the Straw Hats get proper one-on-ones against the holy knights and demon giants, then there might be hope, but if Oda just has Nika spam cartoon shit while the other characters just run around and stall, then I'm afraid the future prospects aren't looking good.

@mly90 refers to that regardless of 1vs1 that sword fights oda draws are usually universally accepted as ass

If LOda didn't learn a thing about swordplay from all his years serving as an assistant and friend to Watsuki, I doubt even Inoue will be able to get anything past LOda's goroawase and Nika-obsessed skull.

[FYI for those who don't know: Goroawase is a wordplay gag and serves as the core of Oda's weird and incredibly detailed obsession with phonetic number and letter puns that he has to prioritize over everything else in his story for some ungodly reason, to the point where it even impacts pacing so a certain chapter's number will match up with an event and make a pointless or obscure pun]
