While Kaido wasn't Emperor, WSC and even Oden himself urged Kaido to became stronger fro the future.

Yes, at that time, but Kaido and Oden were on the same level. That said, if Oden had more years like Kaido, he could improve even further. And honestly, I doubt Kaido leveled up that much after that fight. If he was a 95 against Oden, he was a 100 against Luffy. Kaido was already 39 when he fought Oden an age at which one would normally reach their peak. I'm pretty sure the fight would have looked epic if Oda hadn't rushed it. Ultimately, Oden lacked a lot: the display of insanely advanced CoC moves, a lack of CoO Haki...
And the more top-tier players showcase new abilities, the weaker Oden will look.

What happened? Harald, who is weaker than Kaidou, killed an admiral?

Doubt it, Harald might be stronger than Kaido.
Doubt there are many characters that can defeat Harald.

We've yet to see Higurashi got Shikis face to copy btw, hmmm...

Higurashi's Shiki face was very young, too; I'd argue younger that what we've gotten in the Rocks flashback.

I always assumed Shiki met Higurashi via the Rocks Pirates... but, if Shiki is from Wano, they could have easily met on Wano.

If Shiki grew up on Wano, once he ate the Float Fruit, leaving and entering the country would be easy for him.

Shiki could have met Higurashi pre-Rocks, or post-Rocks.

Maybe Higurashi was actually working for Shiki?

We know from Buggy being blonde officially that Oda has no problem fucking around with hair color/dyeing hair.

Maybe Shiki naturally has purple hair, and is Kurozumi?

"Shiki the Wicked" fits the Kurozumi, they're all evil

As in, they're clearly very strong, but they're used too often to hype up other characters and it sort of eats away at their credibility.

And as far as I am concerned, since EH they have feats too, since Dory and Broggy keeping pace with the Gorosei was great too.

At DR and before DR I was really worried though. Oda had treated them like fodders.

Now not only we have Dory and Broggy, but Harald legit Is someone on the level of Xebec (and I would have never thought the giant's king was this strong) and Loki has all he needs to be just as strong.

For once I am really ok with how the hype turned out to be.
